Pacific Ring™ + Pacific Loop™ Toys

Why?

Avalanche search-and-rescue canines and Handlers need an improved system for training the action of finding and retrieving humans in an avalanche.

Observational research uncovered additional constraints + desires:

  • Enhance engagement

  • Stand up to extreme weather

  • Easy to hide from the dogs

  • Durable against biting & thrashing

  • Ease of use with thick gloves on

  • Quick to locate if dropped

  • Doesn’t sink in the snow

  • Not ‘aggressive’ in its styling

Why?

When car camping with dogs we need to balance stewardship with adventure. We need a campsite dog-hitching system that is flexible, comprehensive, intuitive and fun— allowing your dog to roam at camp while remaining on leash.

Restcycle™ Bed

Why?

After witnessing mounds of EVA foam offcuts go from factory to landfill we wanted to divert the waste stream of unused foam perforations.The soft, durable, closed-cell properties lended itself well to a mattress application.
